Refund and Returns Policy
All sales are final on workout or diet templates and other coaching services; no refunds or exchanges are offered. No exceptions. If you accidentally purchase a template with the wrong goal or program, you are responsible for purchasing the correct version separately. We do not provide replacements, swaps, or adjustments.
At https://www.trainwithhaya.com, we’re committed to continually improving the quality of our products. This means we may release updated or enhanced versions of our workout or diet templates in the future. Purchasing a prior version does not entitle you to the new version; a new purchase is required.
This policy also applies to subscriptions to our fitness app. App subscriptions grant access to digital workout content, progress tracking tools, and other in-app features. Once a subscription is purchased or activated, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of usage or login activity.
We do not offer refunds for missed check-ins, unused weeks of coaching, or delayed start dates once service access has been granted.
Refunds or returns will only be provided where required by applicable law.
